RSP leads in Chitwan-2 with 12,540 votes

Rastriya Swatantra Party (RSP)'s candidate Rabi Lamichhane has led the vote count in Chitwan-2.

Lamichhane has got 12,540 votes as of 10:30 pm today while counting all votes of Ichchhakamana Rural Municipality and wards no. 1, 2, and 3 of Bharatpur Metropolitan city.

According to the Assistant Election Officer of the Office of the Chief Returning Officer Ishwar Acharya, CPN (UML)'s Ram Prasad Neupane has got 3,570 votes while Nepali Congress' candidate Jit Narayan Shrestha has bagged 3,555 votes. 

So far, 20,331 votes have been counted in Chitwan-2.
