Main opposition CPN-UML has made public its election manifesto on Tuesday.
The UML announced its election manifesto (election commitment paper) amidst a program organized at Yak and Yeti Hotel today.
Party Chairman KP Sharma Oli released the digital version of the manifesto.
Following the release of the commitment paper, Oli held discussions with the participants on the paper.
