Six more bodies missing in Lalitpur floods recovered

Bodies of six more people missing in the floods and landslides have been recovered in Lalitpur district.

According to the details provided by the District Police Office, Lalitpur, the bodies of six more people missing the floods have been recovered.

Four among them are from a same family.

 The deceased have been identified as Rammaya Syangtan, 40, her sons Ajaya Syangtan, 14, and Subas Syangtan, 11 and daughter Salina Syangtan of Mahankal Rural Municipality-3, according to the police.

Similarly, other two bodies have been identified as as Ishwar Timalsina and Ayush Syngtan of Mahankal Rural Municipality-3, said the police.

With the retrieval of six more bodies, the death toll in the floods and landslides has reached 40, DPO, Lalitpur said.  Ten people are still missing in the district.
