City Hotel Limited issues IPO

City Hotel Limited has issued initial public offerings (IPO) on Monday.

The company has opened the IPO for the general public effective from today (May 8).

The company had previously opened the IPO for Nepali citizens working abroad in the first phase.

In the second phase, 83 thousand 700 units of shares had been put aside for collective investment fund and 66 thousand 960 shares allotted for employees.

General investors can subscribe for the remaining 1 million 355 thousand and 940 units of shares.

The company's IPO can be applied till May 11.

If the full applications are not received by the deadline, the issuance period will be extended until May 22.

Subscribers must apply for a minimum of 10 shares to maximum of 2,000 shares.

Global IME Capital Limited is the issue manager for the IPO.
