Nepali Congress leader Dr. Arzu Rana Deuba has demanded that the truth of the audio regarding the fake Bhutanese refugee case be revealed without further delay and sought action against the culprits.

Rana on Wednesday lodged a written complaint with the Cyber Bureau of the Nepal Police and demanded that the truth of the audio be made public immediately and action be taken against the culprits.

“Where, how, by whom and for what purpose was the audio recording of the conversation about the fake Bhutanese refugee that I had nothing to do with published in various media?,” asked Rana in the complaint.

Using the latest technology, the truth about the audio should be made public immediately and strict action be taken against the culprits in line with the law, Rana demanded.

Rana, a proportional member of parliament from the Congress in the House of Representatives, has also submitted the audio footage along with the complaint.
