Septuagenarian Nepali man robbed in Hong Kong

A septuagenarian Nepali man has been robbed in Hong Kong.

According to the local media outlet Dimsum Daily, a 71-year-old man was robbed by four Nepalis at midnight on Saturday.

He was robbed while drinking a beer at the Rest Garden on Ning Po Street.

According to a complaint lodged by the victim, three Nepali men and a woman robbed him of his wallet with 900 Hong Kong dollars in cash and a mobile phone.

After the beating, he was taken to the hospital by locals and discharged after normal treatment.

The police said that they have launched a manhunt for the group of robbers.
