A Nepali cricket team has been announced for the Asian Games to be held in Zhangzhou of China.
Cricket Association of Nepal on Friday unveiled a 15-member team under the captainship of Rohit Paudel to participate in the Asian Games.
Binod Bhandari, Abinash Bohara and Bibek Kumar Yadav who had remained outside the team for a long time have made a comeback.
These players have received training in India for the Asian Games.
Nepal will take on Mangolia on September 27 and play Maldives on October 1.
Team announced for Asian Games:
Rohit Paudel (captain), Karan KC, Pratish JC, Aasif Sheikh (wicket keeper), Kushal Malla, Gulsan Jha, Sompal Kami, Sandeep Jora, Binod Bhandari, Kushal Bhurtel, Dipendra Singh Airee, Lalit Rajbanshi, Bibek Kumar Yadav, Abinash Bohara and Sandeep Lamichhane.
