Prices of petrol, diesel, and kerosene up

The prices of petrol, diesel, and kerosene have gone up. Nepal Oil Corporation (NOC) has decided to hike the price of petrol by Rs 1 per liter while that of diesel and kerosene by Rs 3 per liter effective from Saturday at 1 pm.

The prices of petrol have been increased based on the price list sent by the Indian Oil Corporation, said the corporation.

With the new price adjustment, the price of kerosene has reached Rs 182 per liter in Kathmandu. This price will remain effective in Kathmandu, Pokhara and Dipayal.  

Similarly, the price of petrol will be Rs 180 in Charali, Biratnagar, Birgunj, Janakpur, Amlekhgunj, Bhalwari, Nepalgunj, and Dhangadhi. The price of petrol will remain at Rs 179 and 50 paisa in Surkhet, and Dang.
