Koshi Province Chief Minister Hikmat Karki has expanded his cabinet on Monday.
Chief Minister Karki appointed two ministers and two state ministers in line with Article 168 (9) of the Constitution.
Buddhi Kumar Rajbhandari has been appointed as Minister for Water Supply, Irrigation and Energy, while Lila Ballav Adhikari has been appointed as Internal Affairs and Law Minister.
Similarly, Ram Prasad Mehta has been appointed as Minister of State for Industry, Land Management and Agriculture while Niran Rai as Minister for Economic Affairs and Planning.
With the appointment of new ministers, Koshi's cabinet has now nine members.
