Five Nepali students, who have been trapped in the Israel-Hamas war, have appealed to the government for their rescue at the earliest.

Releasing a video message from the unsecured bunker, Bipin Subedi said five Nepali students including himself have been hiding in the bunker for three days and requested the Nepal government to rescue them as soon as possible as there is a danger of being killed by the terrorists at any time.

According to Subedi, they had reached Israel under learn-and-earn program from Sudurpaschim University.

"I am Bipin Subedi, we are students from the Faculty of Agricultural Sciences under Sudurpaschim University. We are five students here hiding in a bunker", Subedi said in the video, "I was in a position not to make this video lest the family would be worried." But rising above the family, now we are forced to make this video as the country did nothing for our rescue.”

He further said, "There are five of us here. This is what you guys are seeing now - this is the bunker, where we are hiding. We have been living in this bunker for about three days, hoping that the embassy would rescue us.”

He says that when night falls, missiles fall on the bunker where they live. They could not sleep all night for fear of dying. “We have already lost 10 out 49 friends,” Subedi said, “Screams of our friends do resonate in our ears. We are in constant fears when terrorists barge into it and kill us ruthlessly. We cannot wait any longer and appeal to the government for our rescue as soon as possible.”
