Nepali student Sushma Koirala who had moved to Australia to pursue her higher studies has passed away. She passed away at Adelaide in Australia on May 26, the Non-Resident Nepali Association, South Australia confirmed.
Grieving over her death, Sushma's husband Bikram Aryal has posted a mournful status on his Facebook. "I am disheartened by this unexpected tragedy. I am suffering deeply after I lost my loved one so early," wrote Bikram.
She had traveled to Australia with the hope of building a brighter future for herself and her family. "She was always so helpful and a perfect partner," he wrote, reflecting on this loss, "Her passing has left behind a void of loneliness that I cannot describe in words."
Preparations are underway to repatriate her mortal remains to Nepal. The Nepali Community in Australia has launched a GoFundMe campaign to raise money for this cause.
Even though Sushma's death is confirmed, the cause behind her passing has not yet been disclosed.
