In the first match of the round robin format, Nepal defeated Bangladesh 3-1. Nepal defeated Sri Lanka 3-0 in straight sets in the second match and defeated Afghanistan 3-2 in the third match.
In the Challenge Cup, the Nepali team is at the fourth position with five points while Saudi Arabia is at the bottom of the points table with 1 point.
Sri Lanka is atop the points table with 7 points. Afghanistan is in the second position and Uzbekistan third with same 6 points.
Bangladesh is in the fifth position with 2 points.
