Singapore has set a target of 146 runs for Nepal at the ICC Men’s T20 World Cup Asia Qualifier.
Electing to bat first after winning the toss, Singapore notched up 145 runs in the cricket tournament underway at TU Cricket Ground in Kirtipur on Monday.
Rohan Rangarajan topped the score with 46 runs including nine fours and one six off 30 balls. Similarly, Aryaveer Chaudhary made 37 runs while Manpreet Singh contributed 24 runs. Akshay Puri collected 13 runs while the other batsmen could not score double-digit runs.
In reply, Abinash Bohara took the highest 3 wickets while Karan KC, Sandeep Lamichhane and Gulsan Jha claimed two wickets each for Nepal.
