In a dramatic turn of events, Saudi Arabia have scored two goals against Argentina in the group stage match underway at Lusail Iconic Stadium in Qatar on Tuesday.
In the 53rd minute, Salem Aldawsari scored the second goal giving Saudi Arabia a lead in the second half.
Saleh Al-Shehri had made a first goal against Saudi Arabia in the 48th minute bringing the match into a draw.
This is a historic moment for Arabia after the team made two goals in a matter of five minutes leaving Argentina behind 2-1.
Earlier, Argentina took the lead 1-0 in the first half after captain Lionel Messi converted the penalty into a goal against the opponent in the FIFA World Cup tournament.
Argentina were awarded the penalty after Arabian player committed a foul in the ninth minute of the match.
