Rastriya Swatantra Party (RSP), the fourth largest party in the federal parliament, has formed a 12-member Central Secretariat of the party.
A joint meeting of the central committee and parliamentary party held in Jaleshwar in Mahottari on Wednesday formed the secretariat.
According to Spokesperson Dr. Mukul Dhakal, a central party secretariat has also been formed in line with the party statute and the new organizational structure.
