The Indonesian Embassy in Dhaka has made it mandatory for Nepali citizens to enter Indonesia with a sticker visa.

The Embassy has issued a circular stating that all visa-related work should be done through the Office of the Honorary Consulate of Indonesia in Kathmandu.

Reviewing the errors encountered in the e-visa application process, the Embassy has requested not to apply for an e-visa for Indonesia from Nepal.

Chandra Prasad Dhakal, Indonesia's Honorary Consul to Nepal, said that he is taking the initiative for a visa-on-arrival for Nepali citizens.

The Government of Indonesia has implemented a new visa system for the convenience of Nepali citizens, added Dhakal.
