NA poll: Basnet, Adhikari, Pudashaini and Rijal elected from Bagmati

All the four candidates fielded by the ruling alliance in Bagmati Province have won the National Assembly elections.

In the National Assembly elections held on Thursday, CPN (Maoist Center) candidate Srikrishna Adhikari (under disabled category). Adhikari received 6,383 votes.

Nepali Congress leader Jit Jung Basnet has won the elections from other category. Basnet received 6,521 votes.

Similarly, NC candidate Bishnu Kumari Pudashaini has been elected from women category. She received 6,626 votes from 64 province lawmakers and 170 local representatives.

Likewise, CPN (Maoist Center) leader Ghanashyam Rijal Bishwakarma (Dalit category) has been elected as a member of the National Assembly in the elections held in Hetauda today.

Rijal received 6,512 votes from 63 province lawmakers and 167 local representatives.
