Speaking at the meeting of the House of Representatives today, UML Whip Mahesh Bartaula demanded the resignation of Physical, Infrastructure, and Transport Minister Prakash Jwala, Health and Population Minister Mohan Basnet and Culture, Tourism and Civil Aviation Minister Sudan Kirati.
He said that Physical Minister Jwala should resign as he was found guilty in the incident that killed two youths at Balkumari in Lalitpur on December 29.
Similarly, the UML demanded the resignation of Health Minister Basnet stating that he gave a statement to the Commission for the Investigation of Abuse of Authority a few days ago.
Likewise, Bartaula also sought the resignation of Tourism Minister Kiranti saying that the latter attempted to set up a private company in the Ramgram area and leased it out for 99 years.
