CPN (Unified Socialist) led by Madhav Kumar Nepal has picked Dhan Bahadur Budha and Bhanu Bhakta Joshi as the ministers to participate in the new cabinet.
According to sources, Joshi will lead the Ministry of Federal Affairs and General Administration and Budha will take charge of the Ministry of Urban Development.
Joshi had been elected to the House of Representatives from Bajhang and Budha from Dolpa in the general elections held in 2022.
The Unified Socialist's secretariat meeting held on Wednesday afternoon decided to join the government with five different conditions.
Earlier, in the seven-party ruling alliance, the Federal Socialist had taken two ministers and one state minister.
In the then government, Bedu Ram Bhusal and Prakash Jwala were the Agriculture Minister and the Minister for Physical Infrastructure and Transport, respectively.
