Three cadres of Rastriya Prajatantra Party (RPP) have been suspended for their involvement in manhandling a leader at the central party office in Dhumbarahi last week.
The RPP suspended three cadres loyal to Vice Chairman Bikram Pandey for four years on the recommendation of the central disciplinary committee for attacking Dr. Thakur Mohan Shrestha, a member of the central work execution committee.
The cadres thrashed Shrestha on the premises of the central party office of the RPP on March 10.
The suspended are Assistant General Secretary Prem Balayar. Balayar is the personal secretary of Vice Chairman Pandey.
Similarly, Riddhi Pratap Rana, the chairman of Kathmandu-4 and Sachin Nirajan Bam, the member secretary of the National Democratic Youth Front, have been suspended.
