A woman of Nepali origin has died in a vehicular accident in the United States of America.
The deceased has been identified as Parwati Regmi Paudel based in Virginia State, according to her family sources.
Regmi, 46, had been staying in Herndon City of Virginia State along with her husband Sandeep Paudel, son Shishir Paudel and daughter Shivani Paudel.
Regmi sustained critical injuries when two vehicles collided head-on in Maryland State last Sunday. Critically injured Regmi, who was rushed to a hospital, breathed her last in the course of treatment. Other four people also reportedly sustained injuries in the accident.
The accident took place when she was heading to New York after visiting Washington DC, it is learned.
