LSP to get 7 federal and 16 provincial seats

Leaders of Loktantrik Samajwadi Party and President of ruling Nepali Congress Sher Bahadur Deuba meeting at Baluwatar for seat-sharing deal.

Loktantrik Samajwadi Party (LSP) led by Mahantha Thakur has finalized seat-sharing deals with the ruling alliance.

According to the seat-sharing deal, the LSP has secured seven seats in the federal and 16 in the provincial level.

"The ruling alliance and the LSP have struck a seat-sharing deal, according to which the LSP will receive seven seats in the federal and 16 in the provincial level," LSP leader Jitendra Sonal told Nepalkhabar.

Nepali Congress President and Prime Minister Sher Bahadur Deuba on behalf of the ruling alliance and LSP Chairman Mahantha Thakur have signed an agreement at Baluwatar on Saturday.
