Talent and Swimsuit rounds of ‘Mister and Miss National’ conclude

Talent and Swimwear rounds of ‘Mister and Miss National Nepal 2024’ have concluded.

These two subtitle rounds concluded at Harness Zipline and Adventure Resort based in Kushma of Parbat district.

The swimwear round was first held on the premises of Harness in which 29 contestants had performed a catwalk. Santosh Upadhyaya, Ujwal KC Joshi, Manas Rai, Roshani Chand, Sama Parajuli and Smita Tamang were the panel of judges for this round.

The contestants had performed brilliantly in the talent round that lasted for three hours. Some of them performed dances, some sang sons, while some recited poems.

Top five contestants--Priya Upadhyaya, Shriyanka Thapa, Aditi Shrestha, Priyasha Devkota and Rajita Parajuli -- under the female category and three contestants -- Sandesh Sitaula, Biplav Raj Nagnahar and Manish Shrestha -- under the male category were announced.

Raj Shah, Raju KC, Shishir Wagle, Sama Parajuli, Dikpal Karki and Abhishek Mohanti were the panel of judges for this round.

The winners of the subtitle rounds will be declared in the grand finale, the organizers have said.

Mister and Miss National organizer Santosh Upadhyaya expressed happiness to hold this subtitle event outside the Kathmandu Valley for the first time.

Top Model Round and Elegance Round will be held on the premises of Patan Durbar Museum in Lalitpur on coming Saturday.

The grand finale is set to be held at Nepal Academy in Kathmandu on May 1.
