Gold loses luster; price of silver unchanged

The price of gold which increased by Rs 2,000 on Thursday has gone down by Rs 1,100 per tola today.

According to the Federation of Nepal Gold and Silver Dealers Association (FENEGOSIDA), the price of hallmark gold went down by Rs 1,100 to reach at Rs 135,400 per tola. The price of hallmark gold was Rs 136,500 per tola on Thursday.

Similarly, the worked gold is being sold for Rs 134,750 per tola. It was traded for Rs 135, 850 per tola yesterday today.

The price of silver remains unchanged. It is being sold for Rs 1,645 per tola today, according to the Association.
