Laxmi Motor Corporation inaugurates Hyundai Motor Assembly Plant in Parasi (photos)

Laxmi Motor Corporation, a sister company of Laxmi Group, inaugurated Hyundai Motor Assembly Plant at Ramgram in Parasi on Friday.

Laxmi Intercontinental Pvt. Ltd., the authorized distributor of Hyundai cars in Nepal, is a part of the Laxmi Group.

The assembly plant was inaugurated in the presence of Prime Minister Pushpa Kamal Dahal 'Prachanda', Chief Minister of Lumbini Province, Jokh Bahadur Mahara, Ambassador of the Republic of Korea to Nepal, Park Tae Young, Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer of Hyundai Motor India Ltd, Unsoo Kim, and people's representatives of the local government.

The LMC Hyundai Motor Assembly Plant covers an area of 65,000 square meters, with the facility occupying 14,000 square meters, according to the company.

While inaugurating the plant, Prime Minister Prachanda said the establishment of this assembly plant would help attract domestic and foreign investors, reduce trade deficit, and create employment opportunities in the country.

Also speaking on the occasion, Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer of Hyundai Motor India Ltd, Kim expressed commitment that the company will leave no stone unturned to provide valued customers with the very best products and services.

"I want to assure our valued customers that the company will leave no stone unturned in providing you with industry-leading quality, innovative features, and exceptional after-sales service," said Kim.

Laxmi Motor Intercontinental has established a strong foothold in the Nepali market for Hyundai Cars with its extensive network of 16 showrooms, 19 service centers, and 45 charging stations across the country.
