CPN (Maoist Center) Chairman Pushpa Kamal Dahal Prachanda has filed his candidacy for the elections to the House of Representatives (HoR) from Gorkha-2.
Prachanda registered his candidacy in the presence of Nepal Samajwadi Party (NSP) Chairman Dr. Baburam Bhattarai and senior vice chairman Narayan Kaji Shrestha of the Maoist Center.
Prachanda has opted to file his candidacy from Gorkha-2 against Chitwan-3.
Nepali Congress (NC), Nepal Samajwadi Party, CPN (Unified Socialist) and Rastriya Janamorcha are in support of Prachanda.
