Rabindra Mishra, who defected to Rastriya Prajatantra Party (RPP) from Bibeksheel Sajha Party (BSP), has filed his nomination.
Mishra registered his candidacy from Kathmandu-1 for the elections to the House of Representatives (HoR). Both the federal and provincial elections are scheduled to be held on November 20.
Candidates from different political parties are filing nominations today. The nomination filing which started from 10 am will continue till 5 pm, according to the Election Commission (EC) of Nepal.
Mishra is the senior vice chairman of the RPP.
