Petrol price down by Rs 3, diesel and kerosene Rs 1 per liter

The Nepal Oil Corporation (NOC) has decreased the prices of petroleum products. According to the NOC, the price of petrol has been slashed by Rs 3 per liter, while the prices of diesel and kerosene have been lowered by Rs 1 per liter.

A meeting of the NOC Board of Directors on Saturday decided to reduce the prices of petroleum products with effect from Sunday.

With the slash in the price, petrol will now cost Rs 162.5 per liter in Charali, Biratnagar, Janakpur, Amlekhgunj, Bhalbari, Nepalgunj, Dhangadhi, and Birgunj, while its price is fixed at Rs 164 in Surkhet and Dang. Likewise, petrol will be sold for Rs 165 per liter in Kathmandu, Pokhara and Dipayal.

Likewise, diesel and kerosene will cost Rs 149.5 per liter in Charali, Biratnagar, Janakpur, Amlekhgunj, Bhalbari, Nepalgunj, Dhangadhi and Birgunj and Rs 151 in Surkhet and Dang districts.

Likewise, diesel and kerosene will cost Rs 152 per liter in Kathmandu, Pokhara, and Dipayal, according to the NOC.
