Nepali cricket team arrives home after participating in World Cup (watch photos)

Nepali cricket team has returned home after participating in the ICC Men’s T20 World Cup on Thursday morning.

Nepal was crashed out its race to the Super Eight it faced 21-run defeat at the hands of Bangladesh. Nepal had played the World Cup 14 years ago.

Lost to Netherlands by six wickets in the first match, Nepal did not play the second match with Sri Lanka as it was cancelled due to rain.

South Africa and Bagladesh have already advanced into the Super Eight stage from Group D, where Nepal also competed. Two matches were scheduled to be played in USA and the two in West Indies.
