Maoist Center ministers resign from Koshi Province govt

CPN (Maoist Center) ministers serving in the Koshi Province government stepped down, submitting their resignations to Chief Minister Hikmat Karki.

They reached the Office of the Chief Minister on Friday afternoon and submitted their resignations to Chief Minister Karki.

Prior to this, they had announced their resignations by organizing a press meet.

There were four ministers including one state minister in Koshi Province government representing Maoist Center.

Maoist Center’s ministers in Koshi Province were Ganesh Uprety (Minister for Physical Infrastructure), Rajendra Karki (Health), Narayan Burja Magar (Tourism, Forest and Environment) and Bandana Jhangad (Minister of State for Tourism, Forest and Environment).
