NOC slashes fuel prices

The price of petroleum products has gone down.

According to a press note issued by the Nepal Oil Corporation (NOC) on Thursday evening, the price of petrol went down by Rs 5 per liter while that of diesel and kerosene by Rs 3 per liter.

The new price will be effective from Friday. With the price adjustment, petrol will now cost Rs 165 per liter, and diesel and kerosene Rs 155 per liter in Kathmandu.

The price of petroleum products has been adjusted in Nepal in line with the price reduction in India.
