APF defeats Army 2-1

Nepal APF Club registered a win by defeating Tribhuvan Army Club in the Departmental Derby.

In the match held at ANFA Complex in Satdobato, Lalitpur on Saturday, APF defeated Army 2-1. In the injury time of the first half, APF took the lead against Army after Sabita Ranamagar scored a goal.

Army equalized the score after Bimala Chaudhary scored a goal in the 56th minute.

APF advanced its lead after defender Gita Rana scored another goal in the 67th minute. Rana's goal turned decisive for the victory of APF as none of the players of the opponent team scored any goals afterwards.
