According to committee member Ishwari Gharti Magar, the meeting will take place in Singha Durbar at 11 am.

Following the hearing of the 17 recommended ambassadors, the meeting has been called for Sunday for a final decision. However, due to the meeting of the House of Representatives, the meeting was postponed.

The PHC had also held a meeting with Foreign Minister Dr Arzu Rana. The committee had discussed the issue of inclusiveness during the meeting with Rana.

Similarly, the PHC had consulted the legal experts regarding the complaints lodged against some recommended ambassadors. The complaints have been lodged against recommended ambassadors to Malaysia, Dr Netra Prasad Timsina, Dr. Shankar Prasad Sharma (India), Dhan Prasad Pandit (Israel), and Kapil Shrestha (South Africa).
