Nepse up with 37 points, witnesses turnover of Rs 7 bln

Nepal Stock Exchange (Nepse) has witnessed a turnover of Rs 7.090 billion on Monday, the second trading day of the week.

According to the benchmark index, the market indices went up by 37.13 points (1.39 percent) today.

While the investors of 176 companies earned, that of 66 companies lost the value of their shares, with the trading of 15.8 million shares.

The investors of the two companies neither gained nor lost today.  Shares worth Rs 6.13 billion were sold and bought on Sunday.

Who earned?
Three Star Hydropower company on Monday is the highest earner followed by Dolti Power. The investors of Three Star have earned 88 rupees per unit. Similarly, the investors of Dolti Power have earned Rs 48 per unit.

Similarly, the investors of NIC Asia Flexi Cap Fund have earned Rs 0.75 per unit while those of Joshi Hydropower have earned Rs 24 per unit of shares.
