Police officers receive basic training (with photos)

A 95-day-long police officers' basic training that kicked off on June 11 has concluded today.

In the concluding ceremony held at the National Police Academy in Maharajgunj on Tuesday morning, Inspector General of Police Basanta Bahadur Kunwar distributed prizes and training certificates to outstanding participants.

With this, the convocation for the 32nd batch of police officers has concluded today.

In the training, a total of 39 police officials including 27 technical police inspectors, 11 sub inspectors and one assistant sub inspector participated in the training.

Technical Police Inspector Dr Arun Joshi stood first in the basic training followed by Police Inspector Dr Sanjib Khadka (second) while Dr Binita Basnet was placed third.
