Four Indian pilgrims sustained injuries in a car accident in Pyuthan district on Wednesday afternoon.
According to Police Inspector Nabin Kumar Thapa Chhetri of Area Police Office, Bhingri, the accident occurred at Swargadwari Municipality-4, Bhingri Takura Thumka while they were returning in the car, UP 56 A A 4222, after visiting Swargadwari, a religious place.
The car had fallen some 20 meters down the road after it went out of control, said Thapa.
A total of five people were traveling in the car.
The injured are Birendra Pandey, 53, Shubhadra Pandey, 43, Jaya Pandey 17, and Shila Pandey, 55, of Siddhartha Nagar Bargadaha, Badhninagar of India, informed Thapa.
The injured are undergoing treatment at Bhingri Primary Health Center.
