Finance Minister Bishnu Prasad Paudel has reached Wasington DC to attend the annual meetings of the World Bank Group and International Monetary Fund.
Charge D' Affaires of Nepali Embassy in the US, Kumarraj Kharel, and embassy officials received the Finance Minister at the Dallas International Airport.
Minister Paudel is scheduled to deliver his speech in the meeting and hold separate meetings with his counterparts from different countries as well as other officials of the Fund and the Bank, according to the Embassy.
Minster Paudel is also scheduled to hold discussions with American entrepreneurs and business fraternity members.
