Nepal has set a 142-run target for Bangladesh in its second match under the ACC U-19 Asia Cup.
Invited to bat first after losing the toss at Dubai International Cricket Stadium in the UAE on Sunday, the Nepali youth team scored 141 runs in 45.4 overs, losing all wickets.
Opener Aakash Tripathi topped the score with 43 runs for Nepal. He hit 5 fours off 77 balls.
Wicketkeeper Uttam Thapa Magar was run out after scoring 29 runs. Abhishek Tiwari contributed 29 runs. The other batsmen could not make the double-digit score.
On the bowling side, Rizan Hossan, Al Fahad and Iqbal Hossain Emon took 2 wickets each while Azizul Hakim, Md Rafi Uzzaman Rafi and Saad Islam took 1 wicket each for Bangladesh.
