Gas bullet plunges into Trishuli; driver missing

The location of a gas bullet accident.

The driver of a gas bullet, which fell into the Trishuli River from Krishnabhir in Benighat Rorang Rural Municipality-2 of Dhading on the Prithvi Highway this morning, has gone missing.

The gas bullet, NL 02 L 3907, carrying Shree Ram Gas, fell into the Trishuli from Krishnabhir on Sunday morning.

The driver of the bullet involved in the accident, Pankaj Kumar, 45, a resident of Baruni, India, is unknown, according to the District Police Office, Dhading.

The police said that the gas bullet was on its way from Chitwan to Kathmandu when the accident occurred.

A search is underway for the driver of the bullet involved in the accident, informed District Police Office Chitwan Police Spokesperson Bhesh Raj Rijal.
