Renowned West Indies cricketer Brian Lara arrived in Kathmandu on Friday morning.
Cricketer Lara landed in Kathmandu at 9:15 am to watch the ongoing Nepal Premier League (NPL) cricket in Kirtipur.
Lara was welcomed by officials of the Cricket Association of Nepal (CAN) at the Tribhuvan International Airport.
Lara also brought his daughter Sydney Lara with him.

The left-handed Trinidadian batsman, now 55, has amassed 11,953 runs in 131 Tests at an impressive average of 52.88.
He holds the record for the highest individual Test score, an unbeaten 400 against England in 2004.
He retired from cricket in 2007 and has scored 10,405 runs in 299 ODIs at an average of 40.48. His highest score in ODIs is 169 runs.
