Stakeholders held a meeting in New Delhi, India, to develop a strategy for promoting tri-nation tourism between Nepal, India and China.

Issuing a press statement today, the Pacific Asia Travel Association (PATA) Nepal Chapter stated that the meeting was conducted with the Indian business community to strengthen cooperation and partnership in India, aiming to ensure the success of the Nepal-India-China Expo (NICE) which is scheduled for 24-26 February in Pokhara.

According to PATA Nepal Chapter, NICE is the first-of-its-kind tri-nation tourism expo bringing together tourism and hospitality stakeholders and organizations from the public and private sectors from Nepal, India, and China on a single platform.

The event is expected to provide unparalleled networking and business opportunities, along with deep industry insights and inspirational experiences.

CEO of PATA Nepal Chapter Suresh Singh Budal and NICE goodwill ambassador for India Upal Majumdar consulted with the prominent tourism entrepreneurs in New Delhi to effectively conduct NICE.

It is said that all the participating organizations and their representatives have pledged to support Nepal's initiative to promote tourism and cross-border cooperation in tourism sector.

In December, Budal had also held consultations with the Chinese business community during his NICE promotional visit to China.
