The police have arrested two suspicious teenage boys in connection with the death of two girls in a jungle of Achham district.
DSP Ishwari Prasad Bhandari of the District Police Office, Achham informed that two suspicious teenage boys have been taken into custody.They are also from Dhakari Rural Municipality.
According to sources, they were in contact with the girls and were seen in the forest at the time of the incident.
Ishwari Khadka, 14, and Saraswati Khadka, 14, of Dhakari Rural Municipality-8, were found dead in the forest of Dhakari Rural Municipality-1 on Saturday evening.
Their bodies were found in the Sisne Odhar in Dhakari Rural Municipality-1, where they had gone to graze goats. Police have taken the bodies to Bheri Provincial Hospital, Nepalgunj for a post-mortem.
The teenage girls' faces bear bruises and are in a damaged condition. Both of them also have wounds and bruises on their bodies.
The bodies of both teenagers were found 20 meters away in the Sisne Odhar.
The victim's family has demanded an investigation into the case as the incident is suspicious.
