Kailash Singh Saud, 21, of Majhagaun, Bhimdatta Municipality-16, Kanchanpur, was studying Korean language in Kathmandu.
Saud, who was preparing to go to Korea, came home to Majhagaun a few days ago to meet his family.
His Korean visa had arrived. According to locals, he was flying to Korea around February 27-28.
Kailash was returning to Kathmandu this week after meeting his family and friends.
Unfortunately, he met with a motorcycle accident on Monday night. According to the District Police Office, Kanchanpur, 21-year-old Ganesh Bista of Bhimdatta Municipality-13 also died in the accident.
The bike, Sudurpaschim Province, 01 012 Pa 9249, they were riding, went out of control and hit an electric pole on a four-lane road in Bhimdatta Municipality-12.
Kailash and Ganesh, who sustained critical injuries in the accident, were declared dead by doctors as soon as they were taken to Mahakali Provincial Hospital for treatment.
Ganesh of Bhimdatta Municipality-13, Wadaipur, and Kailash of Majhagaun-16, were friends. Both of them who died in the accident were cremated at Mahakali Aryaghat on Tuesday itself.
"They had come a week ago to prepare documents for a trip abroad," says Keshav Bista, ward chair of Bhimdatta Municipality-16, "I had heard that they were going to Korea. Everything was ready. A tragic incident occurred."
Kailash’s father is working in the Nepali Army. Kailash was the youngest. The eldest son is in Korea.
The family is mourning the death of two youths in a motorcycle accident.
