PM Oli urged to play role in reunification between North and South Korea

Dr. Charles S. Yang, the chairman of the International Association of Parliamentarians for Peace (IAPP), paid a courtesy call on Prime Minister KP Sharma Oli in Singha Durbar on Thursday.

Dr. Charles S. Yang, the chairman of the International Association of Parliamentarians for Peace (IAPP), paid a courtesy call on Prime Minister KP Sharma Oli today.

During the meeting at the Office of the Prime Minister and Council of Ministers in Singha Durbar, Chairman Yang invited Prime Minister Oli as a special guest to the International Conference on Peace and Prosperity to be held in South Korea from April 10 to 14.

Yang, who is also the chairman of the Sunhak Peace Prize Foundation, requested him to attend the conference as a special guest and deliver an address on the occasion of the 50th anniversary of diplomatic relations between Nepal and South Korea.

He also urged Prime Minister Oli to play a role in the peaceful reunification between North Korea and South Korea, according to the PM's secretariat.
