Nepali Congress President Sher Bahadur Deuba's Indian visit has been canceled.
President Deuba was scheduled to fly to India on Thursday to participate as a speaker in a program titled 'the Kumbha Global Summit on Development and Sustainability' to be held in Prayagraj in the Indian State of Uttar Pradesh.
Min Bishwarkarma, the head of the party's publicity department, told Nepalkhabar that the Deuba's India visit has been canceled.
Deuba was also making preparations to attend some political meetings during his Mahakumbh Mela visit.
Along with Deuba, 19 other speakers from different countries were participating in the program.
