Cathay Pacific Airlines is going to operate one flight between Kathmandu and Hong Kong on a daily basis from March 31.

At present, the flag carrier of Hong Kong is operating five flights in a week.

Head of Nepal for Cathay Pacific Airlines, Junu Malekhu, shared that they are expanding the flights from current five times a week to daily flight to facilitate the passengers arriving Nepal and travelling to other countries via Hong Kong.

At a program organized by the Airlines in Kathmandu on last Tuesday to honour top cargo and travel companies, Country Head Malekhu said that they were able to increase the frequency of flights between Nepal and Hong Kong due to the support of the cargo and travel companies.

Similarly, Cathay Pacific's Regional General Manager for South Asia, Middle East and Africa Rakesh Raicar added that they were adding more destinations for their airlines in 2025.
