Two women died after being buried by a mound of earth in Achham district on Monday.
According to DSP Ishwari Prasad Bhandari, Deurupa Bohara, 27 and Binita Bohara, 23, of Mangalsen Municipality of the district.
They were buried to death while they were digging clay to coat their houses.
Their bodies have been retrieved by removing the collapsed earth, the police said.
