Two boys, who went missing in the Mohana River in Kailali, have been found dead.

The Armed Police Force (AFP) found the bodies of Dinesh Ojhja, 15, and Ashish Bohara, 15, who went missing in the river in Dhangadhi Sub Metropolitan City today.

Acting on a tip-off that two boys went missing in the river, a joint team of APF officials deployed from BOP Lallipur and BOP Phulbari launched a search and rescue operation.

Following a search operation lasting for a few hours, the team retrieved the body of Ojha in the incident site and that of Bohara downstream, informed DSP Shailendra Thapa, the deputy spokesperson for the AFP Nepal.
