Himalayan Bank proposes 19.11% dividend to shareholders

Himalayan Bank Limited has announced 19.11 percent dividend for the last fiscal year, 2021/22.

The 427th meeting of the Board of Directors of the bank held on December 20 decided to propose 8 percent stock and 11.11 percent cash dividend, including tax, to its shareholders.

The proposed dividend is subjected to approval from NRB and its upcoming AGM.
