Price of diesel, kerosene down by Rs 2 per liter

Nepal Oil Corporation (NOC) has decreased the price of diesel, kerosene oil and aviation fuel.

The NOC Board meeting held on Monday decided to reduce the price of diesel and kerosene oil by Rs 2 per liter and aviation fuel by Rs 7 per liter as well as international aviation fuel by 51 US dollars.

With the latest decrease, diesel and kerosene oil will now cost Rs 146.50 per liter, Rs 148 per liter and Rs 149 per liter in first, second and third category, respectively.

The price of domestic aviation fuel is Rs 125 per liter. The NOC has determined the price of international aviation fuel at 952 US$ per kiloliter in Kathmandu, 782 US $ in Pokhara and 767 US dollars in Bhairahawa. The price of diesel, kerosene oil and aviation fuel has been adjusted as per the new price list received on Monday from India Oil Corporation, clarified NOC.
